Plain-language summary: Processor Help is an advisory tool, not a payment processor or broker. We charge a one-time fee of $97 per underwriting report across 37 payment processors. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Processor Help (processorhelp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What We Are (and Aren't)
Processor Help is an independent advisory and matching tool. We:
- Are NOT a payment processor, merchant acquirer, ISO, or payment facilitator
- Are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any payment processor listed
- Do NOT submit applications on your behalf to any processor
- Do NOT earn commissions, kickbacks, or residuals from processors
- Do NOT make final approval decisions — each processor does that independently
3. The Service
For a one-time fee of $97 USD per report, we provide you with an underwriting report showing likely approval, conditional approval, or denial outcomes across all 37 payment processors based on the business information you provide and our proprietary underwriting logic modeled on publicly available processor criteria. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal. Each report is a single discrete purchase. If you need another report at any point in the future, you may purchase another at the same price.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Our reports are predictive, not binding. Each payment processor performs its own independent underwriting using criteria, data sources, and policies that change over time. A "Likely Approved" result is not a guarantee. A "Likely Denied" result is not final — you may still apply. Approval decisions rest solely with each payment processor.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful information on the intake form
- Not use Processor Help for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
- Be authorized to submit business information on behalf of your company
6. Payment & Refunds
One-time purchase billing. Each underwriting report is a one-time charge of $97 USD. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal. You authorize a single charge to your payment method at the moment of purchase. If you need another report in the future, you may purchase another at the then-current price.
No cancellation needed. Each purchase is a single, discrete transaction. There is no subscription to cancel. You will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase another report.
Refund policy. Refunds are issued in three specific scenarios:
- Technical failure or service delivery failure: if the service was inaccessible, the underwriting engine was broken, or your account was unusable. Submit refund requests to support@processorhelp.com within 7 days of the failed charge.
- Erroneous billing: if you were charged twice for the same report, charged the wrong amount, or otherwise charged in error. Submit refund requests within 7 days of the erroneous charge.
- 7-day no-use refund window: if you have not yet run your report, we issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once the report has been generated and delivered, the charge is final.
Outside of these scenarios, all purchase fees are final once the report has been generated. We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
Failed payments. If your card is declined at checkout, no charge is made and no report is generated. You may retry with a different payment method at any time.
Price changes. The price you pay for a report is the price displayed at the time of purchase. If we change pricing for future reports, your past purchases are unaffected. We will provide clear notice on the pricing page of any price changes before they take effect.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, underwriting algorithms, and brand assets on Processor Help are owned by Processor Help. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Public source code: Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which means the client-side HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that runs in your browser is publicly viewable in our GitHub repository. This visibility is a property of the hosting platform and is intended for transparency. It does not grant a license to copy, modify, redistribute, or commercialize our code beyond what U.S. copyright law's fair use provisions permit. Server-side code, underwriting algorithms, database schemas, and proprietary business logic are not publicly disclosed.
7a. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Processor Help. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent. Processor Help is not intended for use by minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
7b. Service Availability
Processor Help is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. For material changes that affect functionality, we will provide reasonable advance notice. For full discontinuation of the service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and will honor any refund obligations in accordance with Section 6. We may also restrict access in certain geographic regions due to legal or regulatory requirements. Except as otherwise required by law, we are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability or modification.
7c. Email Communications
Transactional emails (always sent): account confirmations, password resets, payment receipts, refund confirmations, security alerts, service announcements, and policy updates. These are required for account operation and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an account.
Marketing emails (opt-in only): product updates, industry insights, payment processor news, and promotional content. These require your explicit consent at signup or in your settings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing support@processorhelp.com.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or reflective of any processor's current underwriting policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Processor Help's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the purchase fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason, with or without notice.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
